Delivery of Goods
When placing an order, buyers who select the delivery service must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
The buyer is responsible for accepting the goods at the specified address. If the buyer cannot accept the delivery personally and the goods are received at the provided address by someone else, the buyer cannot hold the seller accountable for the delivery to the incorrect recipient.
Orders are delivered either by a courier authorized by the seller or, if requested, to the buyer’s chosen post office or parcel locker. Delivery timelines are as indicated in the product descriptions and are approximate. While we strive to adhere to these timelines, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. If an item is out of stock, we will contact the buyer promptly to agree on alternative delivery arrangements.
The seller is not liable for delays caused by the buyer’s actions (e.g., providing incorrect delivery information) or by factors beyond the seller’s control.
Inspecting the Delivery
If the package is damaged upon delivery, buyers must document the damage in the presence of the courier, either by making a note on the delivery document or by preparing a separate report. Failure to do so will release the seller from liability for any damage to the goods related to the damaged packaging.
Buyers should immediately inform the seller if:
- The package arrives damaged.
- The shipment includes incorrect items or quantities.
- Items are missing or incomplete.
Shipping Costs
- Delivery costs within Lithuania, EU countries and Worldwide vary based on the selected shipping method.
- Shipping costs to other countries are negotiated separately.
- Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
In rare cases of unfavorable shipping conditions, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Quality of Goods and Warranties
Please note that variations in color, shape, or size may occur due to differences in display settings and are not considered product defects. Normal wear and tear or natural changes in product properties are also not classified as defects.
Returns and Refunds
All items purchased from vados21-lures.com have a 14-day return guarantee. Items can be returned under the following conditions:
- The product and its packaging remain in their original condition (labels, protective films, and stickers must be intact).
- The product is unused and undamaged.
- The packaging matches its original state upon receipt.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is provided.
IMPORTANT: Goods must be returned via courier service. The costs of purchasing and returning the product are borne by the Buyer
To initiate a return, buyers must submit a request with the following details: order number, purchase date, product description, price, and delivery date. The buyer must also provide account details for the refund.
The seller will process refunds within 14 days, pending verification that the returned item is in its original, undamaged condition.
